Most rural students lacked consistent access to engaging academic content. I saw the need to unify volunteer teaching efforts with a scalable, trackable platform. The idea was to build a hybrid nonprofit–SaaS structure that could systematize impact at scale.
Scope

• Developed a React-based LMS for live and asynchronous teaching
• Built scheduling, attendance, grading, and content upload features
• Onboarded and trained 270+ high school and university volunteers
• Created the curriculum and structure for 470+ accredited lecture hours
• Signed partnerships with institutions like Shoolini University
Impact
• 6,000+ student reach
• 97 certified volunteers across 14 states
• 470+ hours of structured academic content delivered
• LMS used by multiple rural NGOs for delivery
• Recognized by UN volunteer forums and local education boards
